Born in France and currently based in London, Anne Beaudu is a global fixed income portfolio manager at Amundi. She has been with the firm since 2005 and was previously a Eurozone economist with Credit Agricole SA. Anne manages the Amundi Funds Bond Europe and SG Oblig Monde strategies dealing in Pan European and global bonds, using an active top down investment style. She graduated from the Ecole Polytechnique France ENSAE with a degree in economics and mathematics.
The sub-fund invests mainly in investment-grade bonds of European issuers. Investments may include mortgage-backed securities (MBS) and asset-backed securities (ABS). Specifically, the sub-fund invests at least 67% of assets in investment-grade bonds of issuers that are headquartered, or do substantial business, in Europe. There are no currency constraints on these investments. The sub-fund may also invest in other types of bonds, in money market instruments, in deposits, and in the following up to these percentages of net assets: convertible bonds: 25%, ABSs and MBSs: 20%, equities and equity-linked instruments: 10%, UCITS/UCIs: 10%.
