The Sub-fund’s investment objective is to invest its net assets in other target funds (the “Target Funds”) of the open ended type which primarily invest in equities, bonds, cash or other Transferable Securities. In addition, the Sub-fund may also seek to capture market opportunities, notably by investing in country- or industry-specific funds, including open-ended Exchange Traded Funds. Thus, the Sub-fund is a fund of funds. The Sub-fund will predominantly invest between 30% and 70% of its Net Asset Value in Target Funds which primarily invest in equity related investments.
