Copenhagen-based Jorry Rask Nøddekær joined Nordea Investment Management in 2011. Prior to joining the company he worked at various firms including Danske Capital, F&C Investment Management, New Star Asset Management and BankInvest Asset Management. Nøddekær studied at Aarhus University in Denmark where he gained an MSc in economics and finance. His interests outside of fund management include tennis, soccer and skiing.
The fund invests primarily in emerging markets. Up to 10 % of assets may be invested in developed markets. If markets included in the MSCI Emerging Markets. If any of MSCI countries changes status from emering to developed,d more than 10 % of assets may be invested in in developed markets during a period of maximum 3 months.Companies that the Fund invests in must focus on environmental, social and business ethics (ESG approach). The fund mainly invests in listed shares and may use derivatives.
