Based in Zurich, Alexander Klinkmann runs the Mont Blanc China Opportunity Fund for Mont Blanc Capital Management. The fund holds Hong Kong and Chinese equities and Klinkmann manages the fund with a focus on momentum, value and growth. He studied Financial Audit at the University of St. Gallen and enjoys listening to music when not in the office.
The sub-fund is actively managed and at least 51% of the assets are invested directly or indirectly in exchange-listed shares. The shares are comprised of, in particular, equities as well as dividend-right and participation certificates. Indirect investments are made using funds and ETFs. The investment universe is global. The fund is primarily comprised of shares from companies whose profits are expected to increase in the opinion of the portfolio manager, and which are already market leaders in their business spheres or have the potential to reach a leading position.
